Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Source candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Provide updates and reports on recruitment progress
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure job descriptions are accurate and aligned with business needs
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding for selected candidates
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks and competitor hiring practices
• Maintain compliance with company policies and hiring regulations
• Support campus recruitment drives and career fairs
• Meet hiring targets within established timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoho Recruit) is a plus
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
