Job summary

Flipdish is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment for our Karachi hub and beyond. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build robust candidate pipelines, and guide decisions with structured assessments while maintaining confidential, data-driven processes.

You’ll use AI and automation to improve efficiency without compromising quality or fairness, ensuring a standout candidate experience across markets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience across lifecycle stages.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with passive candidates.
• Excellent written and spoken English with stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to use data and AI to improve processes while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned vacancies from kick-off through sourcing, screening, interviews and handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Conduct structured recruiter screens against criteria and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience with timely communication and organised interviews.
