Skyray Ventures is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunter to lead international recruitment across technology, media and marketing ventures. You will own end-to-end hiring, source top talent, and conduct video interviews for clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of recruitment experience, strong English communication, and proven sourcing across platforms. You’ll build pipelines and represent the company on calls and video meetings with international clients.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of recruitment or headhunting experience.
• Proven background in technical recruitment.
• Strong English communication skills—verbal, written, and on-camera.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles across multiple industries.
• Source, screen, and shortlist top candidates across global job platforms.
• Conduct video interviews and assess candidate communication, technical skills, and fit.
• Work on technical roles such as engineers, developers, analysts, and digital specialists.
• Lead headhunting efforts through LinkedIn, networks, and targeted outreach.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and provide structured feedback.
• Maintain talent pipelines and track recruitment performance.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and international clients.
• Represent the company confidently on video calls and strategy meetings.
• Stay updated with global hiring trends and recruitment tools.
