Game District in Gulberg, Lahore, is seeking an Operations Executive to manage studio operations across delivery, people and culture, workplace, project management and leadership support. You will establish efficient processes and SOPs, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and build a team to take over these functions as the studio grows.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience in a tech, software, or gaming company, with strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in operations, admin, HR, or project management.
• Experience in a tech, software, or games company.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Organised, proactive, and firm on follow-ups.

Responsabilités

• Define studio operating rhythm with OKR cycles, leadership meetings and reviews.
• Own the SOP library and run monthly compliance audits.
• Ensure timely delivery of weekly executive reports.
• Lead Agile processes and sprint calendar across game teams.
• Manage onboarding, probation, exits, attendance and performance processes.
• Oversee finance reporting, budgets, reimbursements, and vendor relations.
• Maintain workspace environment and in-office activities.
• Support Studio Head with calendar management and cross-team liaison.
• Build and hand over an operations team with documented SOPs.
