Game District in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Game Producer with strong game design knowledge to oversee mobile titles from concept to launch. You will blend production management with hands-on design to ensure engaging gameplay, timely delivery, and smooth cross-functional collaboration across designers, developers, artists, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in game production or game design.
• Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics, loops, and progression.
• Experience creating or reviewing Game Design Documents (GDDs).

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end production lifecycle of mobile games from concept to launch.
• Plan milestones, sprints, and production timelines.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, artists, animators, and QA.
• Contribute to gameplay design, level design, and player progression.
• Review prototypes and builds to improve gameplay quality.
• Analyze market trends and liveops to inform development.
