Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Computer Science).
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
