Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited is seeking a Wealth Manager/Senior Wealth Manager to proactively engage clients, assess goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences across asset classes.

You will drive AUM growth, conduct portfolio reviews, and coordinate with group experts to deliver holistic financial solutions including lending and insurance, while maintaining strong client relationships. This role reports to Regional Head/Head of Wealth and requires 2–12 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in finance or economics or MBA.
• Certifications such as NISM, AMFI, CFP preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and portfolio management skills.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to assess financial goals and risk appetite.
• Offer tailored investment solutions across asset classes and products.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance updates.
• Support growth strategies and revenue targets with senior managers.
• Leverage existing client base to deepen relationships and grow AUM.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients via referrals and networking.
• Address clients' broader financial needs including lending and insurance.
• Maximize revenue from client portfolios and maintain retention.
• Contribute to business development plans and client acquisition targets.
• Act as primary relationship holder for holistic financial management.
• Collaborate with group experts to deliver integrated financial solutions.
