Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited seeks a capable individual contributor to drive projects and strategic initiatives in line with senior management’s vision. You will coordinate with sponsors, cross-functional teams and business units to define scope, plan milestones, and deliver high-quality results.

You will proactively manage changes, identify risks, communicate with decision-makers, and continuously upskill with the latest tools and techniques to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to present data clearly.
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional departments, sponsors and business teams to identify, define, and structure projects.
• Ensure project milestones are high quality and delivered on time.

This position would be an individual contributor role

Candidate would be responsible to execute projects, strategic initiatives, and associated deliverables in accordance with the vision laid out by the sponsors and senior management.

• Work closely with the cross functional departments, project sponsors and business teams to identify, define, and structure projects
• Ensure project milestones are of high quality and delivered on time
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, ensure seamless communication to all decision makers and stakeholders
• Identify risks and challenges in the project and communicated promptly
• Constantly upskill yourself with the required skillset and ensure relevant tools and techniques are adopted in the projects managed

Skills required:

1. Analytical & Problem-solving skills
2. Technical skills:
   • MS Excel (Convert data into meaningful insights)
   • MS PowerPoint (Present idea in a well-structured and easy to understand format)
   • MS Word (Prepare documentations, SOP for business use)
   • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or any other similar software would be preferred but not mandatory.
