Job summary

ACE Money Transfer in Lahore is seeking a Partner Success Executive to manage strategic partnerships, ensure smooth operations, and drive sustainable growth across corridors.

You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product and Finance to resolve escalations, monitor SLAs, conduct performance reviews, and support new corridor launches while building trusted, long-term partner relationships and delivering mutual value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of remittance services and financial partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for partner engagement.
• Analytical skills to assess corridor performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of send corridors and international money transfer market trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and relationship management.
• Monitor partner performance against SLAs and address deviations proactively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure timely service delivery.
• Conduct corridor health-checks and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives, new corridor launches, and expansion plans.
• Build trust-based relationships by understanding partner needs and delivering mutual value.
• Stay updated on remittance market trends, compliance, and network developments.
• Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence in partnerships.
