Job summary

ACE Money Transfer in Lahore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams. You will own project charters, governance, timelines, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business goals.

The role requires 4–7 years of PM experience, knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/hybrid approaches, and proficiency with MS Project, Jira or Azure DevOps, and the MS Office suite. A PMP/Prince2/CAPM is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in PM/Business/IT.
4-7 years of end-to-end project management experience.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Experience producing Project Charters, timelines, UAT docs, and post-project reports.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle with PMO governance.
Define and maintain the Project Charter and scope documentation.
Establish governance structures with roles, escalation paths, and communication protocols.
Conduct project kick-off sessions and align stakeholders on objectives and timelines.
Develop, manage, and update project timelines and identify critical path dependencies.
Monitor progress, identify slippages, and take corrective actions to stay on track.
Manage project scope and document impacts of changes.
Maintain a live RAID log and drive blocker resolution.
Plan and lead stakeholder meetings and document outcomes.
