Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is seeking an experienced Payments & Acquiring Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end payment processes, ensuring secure, efficient and compliant operations. You will work with internal teams and partners to optimize acceptance, routing, and risk management while maintaining strong governance and resilience across schemes and acquirers.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in business/finance/ops and 5–8 years in payments, acquiring, scheme management, or operations.
• Experience with high-volume transaction flows, authorization performance, and controls.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, PCI, and operational resilience expectations.
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory engagements, and scheme compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payment processes across cards, acquirers and APMs, internal reviews, reconciliations and settlements.
• Maintain strong controls across all payment flows and identify mitigations for risks.
• Act as escalation point for complex payment and acquiring issues.
• Analyse decline trends, routing, and vendor performance to improve acceptance and costs.
• Develop dashboards for payment performance, risk, and partner effectiveness.
