Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery within a fintech environment, ensuring alignment with PMO standards. You will define charters, manage schedules and risks, coordinate UAT, and drive stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication, documentation, and governance discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of end-to-end project management experience.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Experience producing charters, timelines, UAT docs, and post-project reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle.
• Define project charters and justification for sign-off.
• Establish governance, roles, escalation, and comms protocols.
• Plan, schedule, and lead stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain RAID log and manage blockers with urgency.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, and sign-offs.
• Produce monthly status reports for delivery and PMO.
