Zones – First Choice for IT.TM is seeking a Program Manager - Global Service Partners to oversee partner management and governance across our global service delivery network. You will act as the quarterback for all partner engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.

The role requires collaboration with senior leaders at partner organizations and internal teams to drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner management or program management within a global org.
• Proven track record in managing complex partner relationships and governance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner management and governance across the global service network.
• Serve as primary liaison and escalation point for partner-related issues.
• Establish regular strategic reviews, performance updates, and planning with partners.
• Define governance frameworks, ensure SLAs and contractual compliance.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, IT, Procurement, and Finance teams.
