VIDIZMO LLC is seeking a partner-focused marketing professional with 2+ years in channel or partner management. You will onboard new partners, hold regular check-ins, keep partner records current in HubSpot, and pass every partner opportunity to business development the same day, using AI tools to prepare, follow up and stay organized.

The role emphasizes building an active partner network, leveraging Claude and other AI tools, and maintaining accurate partner data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Excellent spoken and written English.
2+ years in channel, partner or alliance management for software.
Experience onboarding partners, deal registration and partner tier programs.
Comfort holding many short partner calls while keeping records accurate.
Experience automating routine work with AI and using AI-assisted workflows.
CRM experience, HubSpot preferred.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet space for calls.

Responsibilities

Onboard new partners and explain products, programs and deal registrations.
Hold regular check-in calls to track pipeline, needs and progress.
Pass every partner deal registration to business development on the same working day.
Spot dormant partners and re-engage them before they go quiet.
Keep partner tiers and health scores current in HubSpot and log all activity.
Use Claude or similar AI daily for call prep, summaries and CRM updates.
