Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Operations or Project management is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience as admin or operations manager.
• BPO/IT industry experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations are carried out in a cost-effective way.
• Improve management systems, processes and best practices.
• Ensure legal compliance of organizational processes.
• Analyze financial data to improve profitability and manage budgets.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Develop and review operational policies and procedures.
