The ideal candidate will hold a BBA/MBA, have over 4 years of relevant experience, and exhibit strong English communication skills. This is a full-time position located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience as admin or operations manager.
• BPO/IT industry experience preferred.

• Ensure all operations are performed in a cost-effective manner.
• Improve operational management systems and processes.

• Ensure that all policies are implemented in its true spirit
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
