Qualifications

• Must be graduate with BBA/MBA preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage/handle a department of 50 to 60 people.
• Smart execution of department operations within given resources.
• Leave and shift management for staff.
• Enablement of resources for efficient executions as per their roles and responsibilities.
• Establish and monitor customer service standards by benchmarks.
• Conduct progress and development meetings with staff.
• Strong follow up for ongoing projects and timely completion.
• Develop a performance driven team to meet targets.
• Create a professional environment with fair treatment and healthy work-life balance.
• Implementation of company policies & procedures.
• Periodic reviews of KPIs, performance analysis, and improvement areas.
• Training needs analysis and staff development for next level roles.
