Responsibilities

Lead strategic HR initiatives using Workday HRIS, BambooHR, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. Drive employee engagement programs and implement data-driven HR solutions across our Islamabad and Rawalpindi operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, 36 months professional experience, advanced HRBP expertise with proven track record in strategic HR partnerships, strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
