TCP Software in Lahore seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead the recruitment team, manage the full lifecycle for global openings, and ensure alignment with international labor laws. You will build strong relationships with Lahore leadership and drive a world-class candidate experience.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, SaaS recruitment, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience managing a team of recruiters in a SaaS organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in global, high-growth environments.
• Advanced abilities in Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for positions globally.
• Lead and manage the Lahore recruiting team.
• Partner with leadership in the Lahore office.
• Ensure compliance with international labor laws.
• Track recruiting metrics and report to leadership.
• Coordinate on-site US timings and global scheduling.
