Pavago is hiring a remote, part-time Customer Success & Client Retention Specialist to strengthen client relationships and reduce churn. You will own post-onboarding engagement, proactively check in with clients, and drive long-term value across the customer lifecycle.

The role focuses on improving onboarding-to-retention processes, collaborating with sales and operations, and delivering actionable feedback to improve the customer experience for a global client base.

Formación

• Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.
• Remote work experience with part-time schedule preferred.
• Familiarity with NPS and CSAT metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Proactively check in and reduce churn.
• Support renewal conversations and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to optimize the customer journey.
• Monitor NPS/CSAT and report insights to leadership.
