Job summary

Markesta is hiring for a retention-focused Client Success role. You will own a book of up to 25 real estate clients, ensuring they stay satisfied and pay on time each month. This is a remote position based in Pakistan, with commission on top of the monthly base.

You’ll conduct onboarding, maintain proactive communication, and escalate issues to the COO when needed. The role rewards strong relationship building and reliable follow-through.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years in client relations or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Comfort with WhatsApp as a professional channel.
• Experience in real estate, digital marketing, or agency environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Pakistani real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients within 24 hours of handover and gather assets for setup.
• Own ongoing relationships with up to 25 clients, monitor progress and address concerns.
• Collect upfront monthly payments from retained clients on Day 1 of each month.
• Communicate campaign performance updates clearly to clients.
• Identify dissatisfied clients early and escalate to the COO with retention plan.
• Manage dedicated client WhatsApp groups with prompt, professional replies.
• Record all client calls for quality standards and review.
• Sign in daily and submit end-of-day reports detailing interactions and actions.
• Maintain maximum of 25 clients; prioritize relationship quality over volume.
