Job summary

SimplexX Suite is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to drive strategic relationships with customers during implementation and ongoing support. You will rally cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, educate users, and enforce best practices across projects.

You will manage expectations for restaurant and retail operators, build trust, and help improve top and bottom lines through proactive enablement and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Computer Sciences or relevant experience.
• Industry certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the business and teams to foster innovation, continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Coordinate new and current customer implementations and ensure early success throughout the lifecycle of the relationship.
• Coordinate internal resources, educate users, enforce good processes, and ensure accurate and timely communication.
• Work with diverse customer teams to tackle their unique problems to improve business performance.
• Manage expectations for restaurant and retail operator customers, build relationships based on trust, and facilitate improvements to the business top and bottom lines.
• Maintain excellent account management and SFA capabilities.
• Oversee the release of solutions to customers and rally teams to achieve goals.
• Develop proficiency with our software and help customers use it successfully.
• Manage relationships with customers and service providers.
• Keep the board up to date with technological advancements, business risks, and mitigation strategies.
