Job summary

Savvital is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform how clients delegate, build processes, and operate their businesses. You will act as an operational and implementation consultant embedded in clients' operations, driving VP utilization and hours saved for leadership.

Expect to lead strategic coaching sessions, document SOPs, and partner with Savvital's internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes owning client success beyond basic account management.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations Management, Business Consulting, Agency Operations, or Process Optimization.
• Demonstrated track record of analyzing business operations, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing SOPs and workflows.
• Background in Insurance Operations, Financial or Accounting Workflows, or Professional Services is a strong plus.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern operations technology, workflow automation tools, and AI-assisted productivity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client implementation & coaching with outcome-driven weekly sessions focused on capacity, time tracking, and bottlenecks.
• Document SOPs, map end-to-end workflows, and identify and eliminate redundant manual processes.
• Position Savvital as a strategic partner; bridge between clients and internal teams such as Performance, Operations, L&D, Recruitment, and Leadership.
