Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Corporate or Commercial Banking.

Aufgaben

• Identify & develop relationships with key Chinese companies and generate business across trade, deposits, remittances, guarantees and FX income.
• Satisfy internal customers by meeting with FI/ Legal/ CTP/ Branch to streamline issues and processes.
• Cross-sell by promoting multiple products from Corporate/ Retail, Investment & Transaction Banking shops.
• Attend customers and address queries in a timely manner.
• Educate Chinese customers on banking policies, practices and products.
• Customize banking products per customer requirements to improve satisfaction.
• Ensure administrative functions, governance, call reports and related duties comply with audit policies and regulations.
• Monitor portfolio health and flag early warning signals to maintain quality.
