Key duties include researching target organizations, initiating outreach, qualifying leads, preparing tailored proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and client relationship skills.
• Ability to research prospects, qualify leads and develop a consistent business pipeline.
• Confident conducting professional outreach, discovery conversations, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Proposal preparation, negotiation, objection handling, and commercial awareness.
• Organized account management and careful tracking of client interactions and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research target organizations and identify new business opportunities.
• Initiate outreach to prospective clients, explain services, and arrange meetings.
• Understand client objectives and prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and offers.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and grow accounts.
• Support negotiations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Maintain prospect, pipeline, and activity records; contribute to forecasts and reports.
• Monitor market developments and share insights to inform development plans.
