Aomc Qatar is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (Karachi) to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new opportunities, and by building high-value partnerships. This role blends strategic analysis with strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a 50% remote work arrangement.

You will collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to align growth initiatives, manage pipelines, and present compelling proposals to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and closing high-value deals.
• Analytical and business strategy skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-starter who can work independently and hit goals.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
