Key Responsibilities

• Generate international leads through LinkedIn, emails, and other business platforms
• Develop and maintain relationships with international clients
• Schedule and conduct client meetings/calls
• Identify new business opportunities in overseas markets
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client hiring requirements
• Prepare proposals, agreements, and business presentations
• Achieve monthly business development targets
• Maintain client records and follow-up reports
