Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a Client & Property Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our clients' short-term rental properties across the United States. You will coordinate with clients, guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure operations run smoothly and service standards are consistently met.

Based in Lahore, you will handle requests, monitor bookings, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, and keep detailed records.

Qualifications

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in operations, customer support, client management, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
• Experience with short-term rentals or U.S. market is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to work U.S. shifts from the Lahore office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with clients regarding property operations, updates, requirements, and ongoing requests.
• Oversee and monitor day-to-day operational activities of assigned short-term rental properties.
• Receive, manage, and follow up on operational requests from clients, guests, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other vendors to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor reservations, booking activity, property updates, and other operational details across OTA platforms.
• Identify property or operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, property updates, requests, and completed tasks.
• Keep clients informed about property updates, ongoing issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure properties remain aligned with established operational procedures and service standards.
• Prioritize and manage multiple property-related requests with timely follow-up.
• Take ownership of assigned properties from initiation through completion.
• Support smooth daily property operations while maintaining strong client relationships.
