Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
• Experience in customer support, virtual assistance or operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with short-term rentals or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest communications via calls, emails, and messages.
• Assist guests with inquiries and reservation-related matters.
• Provide virtual assistance for day-to-day property and guest operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other teams to complete tasks on time.
• Monitor check-ins/outs and reservations for updates.
• Follow up on pending requests and resolve issues within timelines.
• Perform data-entry and administrative tasks for property operations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and operations.
