Job summary

Regal Realms Limited is seeking a Pakistan-based Operations Coordinator to support a busy live operation in the short-term rental space. The role focuses on direct responsibility for live STR and serviced-accommodation operations, including reservations, guest communications, and operational decisions.

The candidate will work with the founder and team to improve operational ownership and execution, using platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and a property-management system.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in live STR or serviced-accommodation operations.
• Experience handling STR reservations, guest messages and escalations, check-ins or turnovers, and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage live STR operations, reservations, guest communications, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate checks-ins, turnovers, and maintenance with internal teams and contractors.
• Utilise Airbnb/Booking.com host tools and PMS to ensure smooth operations.

About the role

Regal Realms is a UK short-term rental and property operations business hiring a Pakistan-based Operations Coordinator for a busy live operation.

Role requirements

Direct short-term rental or serviced-accommodation operations experience is essential. The role involves personally handling short-stay properties, reservations, guest issues, operational decisions, communication, coordination and follow-through to verified completion.

The successful candidate will support the founder and wider team in improving operational ownership and execution.

Job Specification

• At least three years of professional experience, including substantial direct responsibility for live short-term rental or serviced-accommodation operations.
• Experience handling STR reservations, guest messages and escalations, check-ins or turnovers, and maintenance coordination through resolution.
• Hands-on use of Airbnb and/or Booking.com host operations and a property-management system.
• Ability to describe personally handled platforms and actions, employer/client or anonymised portfolio, dates, approximate number of properties and exact responsibilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong prioritisation, judgment, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several urgent issues simultaneously.
• Confidence using spreadsheets, task-management tools and cloud business systems.
• Reliable computer and internet with a realistic backup plan.
• Availability for the advertised evening schedule and emergency rota.
• Preferred: UK STR operations, Guesty, both Airbnb and Booking.com, contractor coordination, dispute evidence, SOPs and dashboards.
