Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years hands-on experience managing enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Hyper-V, storage, and patch management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; relevant Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure, and security certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Device Management: manage endpoints and security controls; AV solutions; patch management; VPN management.
• Hyper-V Administration: create/manage VMs; backups/restorations; monitor performance/availability.
• Active Directory Management: user onboarding/offboarding; password resets; security group & GPO mgmt; SSL cert mgmt.
• Storage Management: monitor capacity, performance, availability; support backup/recovery.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: manage users, groups, licenses; Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint; access controls.

The Senior System Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing enterprise infrastructure including endpoint devices, virtualization, Active Directory, storage platforms, and Microsoft 365 services. Device Management

• Manage endpoint devices and security controls.
• Administer Antivirus (AV) solutions.
• Perform OS and application patch management.
• VPN Management

Hyper-V Administration

• Create and manage Virtual Machines (VMs).
• Perform VM backups and restorations.
• Monitor virtualization performance and availability.

Active Directory Management

• User onboarding, modifications, and offboarding.
• Password creation, resets, and account management.
• Security Group administration.
• Group Policy (GPO) management.
• SSL Certificate Management

Storage Management

• Monitor capacity, performance, and availability.
• Support backup and recovery operations.

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, and licenses.
