Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior System (Cloud) & Network Engineer to lead the design, administration, security, and optimization of enterprise cloud, server, virtualization, and network infrastructure across global operations.

You will manage Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, Azure resources, Windows Server and VMware environments while ensuring high availability, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance across our IT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD Entra ID.
• Administer Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Meet, Groups, provisioning, security settings, admin controls.
• Deploy and optimize Azure resources: VMs, VNets, Storage, Backup, Site Recovery, Monitor, and security services.
• Maintain Windows Server environments: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS, File/Print servers, Certificate Services, RDS.
• Manage VMware vSphere: ESXi, vCenter, VMs, clusters, storage, HA, DR.
• Configure and monitor LAN/WAN/VPN/SD-WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless, QoS, segmentation.
• Implement Fortinet Firewalls: policies, SSL/IPsec VPN, IPS, NAT, SD-WAN, web filtering, app control.
• Manage Cisco L2/L3 switching: VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, routing, ACLs, security.
• Maintain Ruckus wireless: APs, SSIDs, authentication, RF optimization, roaming, access control.
• Apply Microsoft security tech: Conditional Access, MFA, Defender, endpoint protection, baselines.
• Administer backup and DR: Veeam, M365 Backup, Azure Backup, perform DR testing.
• Patch, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation, hardening, maintenance, security enhancements.
• Monitor health, availability, capacity, performance with enterprise tools; resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide Level-2/3 support; adhere to SLAs and document resolutions.
• Lead infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, IT deployments, refresh programs, upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for successful implementation and support.
• Maintain documentation, network diagrams, standards, DR plans, SOPs, inventories.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards and ISO 27001 controls.
• Mentor junior engineers; review implementations; promote knowledge sharing.

What You'll Lead and Deliver

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Administer and support Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Groups, user provisioning, security settings, and administrative controls.
• Deploy, configure, administer, and optimize Microsoft Azure resources, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Monitor, and Azure security services.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, File Servers, Print Servers, Certificate Services, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize VMware vSphere infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, virtual machines, clusters, storage, snapshots, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR).
• Configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless infrastructure, QoS, and network segmentation.
• Install, configure, and maintain Fortinet Firewalls, including security policies, SSL VPN, IPsec VPN, IPS, NAT, SD-WAN, web filtering, application control, and firmware upgrades.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Layer-2 and Layer-3 switching infrastructure, including VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, trunking, routing, ACLs, and switch security.
• Configure, administer, and optimize Ruckus wireless infrastructure, including access points, SSIDs, authentication, RF optimization, roaming, guest access, and wireless security.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft security technologies, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft Defender, endpoint protection, and security baselines.
• Administer enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions, including Veeam Backup & Replication, Microsoft 365 Backup, Azure Backup, and disaster recovery testing.
• Perform infrastructure patching, firmware upgrades, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, preventive maintenance, and security enhancements across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, capacity, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools, proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide Level-2 and Level-3 technical support while ensuring timely resolution of service requests in accordance with established SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring infrastructure issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead infrastructure implementation projects, cloud migration initiatives, office IT deployments, technology refresh programs, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, OEMs, ISPs, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and operational support.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, infrastructure standards, disaster recovery documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, cybersecurity standards, ISO 27001 controls, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers, review technical implementations, promote knowledge sharing, and drive operational excellence within the infrastructure team.
