ICE Consulting - Managed IT & Cybersecurity for Life Sciences seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer in Lahore, Pakistan. You will manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure, integrating cloud apps and maintaining critical systems.
Responsibilities include data analysis, delivering recommendations, and owning client-facing tasks with cross-functional teams in a MSP environment. 4+ years in IT admin and 2+ years in Microsoft 365 are expected.

Who You Are:
A seasoned System Engineer who has experience working with consulting teams in an MSP setting. You are no stranger to managing large and complex projects. You stand out among other candidates because you possess strengths with key project characteristics from communication, preparation, monitoring, and management of project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, resource planning, and other project KPIs. You have a proven track record of dealing directly with and taking full responsibility/ownership of client relationships and can easily evaluate the customer’s needs and provide the right solutions.

This is a new position, to be located at our corporate offices in Lahore, Pakistan. The role requires the ability to pull detailed data, analyze it, and provide recommendations based on their understanding of the processes, people and/or system(s) they are working with. Your project scope will fluctuate based on the business needs, you will be responsible for deploying, modifying, monitoring, and maintaining systems infrastructure on-premises or on-cloud.
