Job summary

ITC WORLDWIDE is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect / Senior M365 Engineer to lead enterprise M365 design, implementation, and governance. You will own hybrid identity, SSO/MFA, PKI, and security posture across Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, automation via PowerShell and Power Automate, and collaboration with security and networks teams. AWS and multi‑cloud integration experience is a plus.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect / Senior M365 Engineer to serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise across Microsoft cloud technologies, identity and access management, security, automation, and enterprise collaboration platforms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Okta, PKI, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The role also requires experience integrating Microsoft 365 services with AWS and other cloud platforms, along with a strong understanding of networking and security best practices.

This individual will lead architecture and modernization initiatives, drive automation, troubleshoot complex enterprise issues, and provide strategic guidance on Microsoft 365 governance, security, and operational excellence.

• Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering and support teams.
• Evaluate new Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to enhance security, efficiency, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise Microsoft environments.

• Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform integrations.
• Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with AWS and other cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing, and secure connectivity.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise infrastructure and cloud issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Microsoft certifications such as:
