Job summary

7vals is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge technical capabilities and business value in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will conduct discovery, deliver technical demos, and tailor solutions to client needs while supporting RFP responses and customer onboarding.

The role requires a solid background in IT infrastructure, networking, and software asset management, with experience in JamF, Intune, and SCCM being a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales engineering experience with a SaaS product
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking
• Experience with JamF, Intune, and SCCM is a plus
• Asset management experience is a plus
• Able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough discovery with customers and partners
• Provide technical guidance and product education during pre-sales
• Create and deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoC trials
• Engage with technical and business decision makers to drive adoption
• Assist in responses to RFPs and support implementation and customer acceptance
• Capture feature requests and communicate with Product teams
• Provide onboarding and technical training to partners and sales staff
