Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end: scope, deliver, and communicate milestones and updates.
• Manage client expectations with clear sign-offs and regular updates.
• Hold the line on customization to protect long-term platform upgradeability.
• Coordinate internal engineers and external partners to keep quality and timelines.
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering to qualify requests and plan delivery.
