Job summary

HSxTech is seeking a driven Technical Sales Person to bridge software architecture and business value. You will uncover customer needs, design scalable solutions, and craft rapid AI-enabled demos to close deals.

This role collaborates with stakeholders and the marketing team to convert prospects into long-term partners. You will represent HSxTech at client meetings and industry events, lead discovery, map requirements to our product, and articulate ROI to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

Familiarity with ERP solutions (Odoo preferred) is advantageous.
2–3 years of proven experience in Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, or hybrid engineering/client-facing roles.
Ability to understand software solutions and architecture and their business use-cases.
Demonstrated skill in using AI development tools to assemble prototypes and integrations quickly.
Strong sales skills: communication, presentations, proposals, meetings, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

Represent HSxTech in client meetings and industry events to raise visibility.
Lead deep-dive discovery to map requirements to our product and architect scalable integrations.
Rapid AI prototyping: build functional demos using AI/LLMs and low-code tools in hours.
Translate technical concepts into clear business value and ROI for non-technical stakeholders.
Drive sales activities: discovery, meetings, follow-ups, and deal closure.
Conduct cold outreach and campaigns to connect with potential clients.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
