About Kinetic Kube
Kinetic Kube is a creative and digital agency working with local and international brands across social media, content, design, digital marketing and technology.
We’re looking for a creative, confident and organised Social Media Manager to take ownership of assigned client accounts and Kinetic Kube’s own social presence.
You should enjoy developing ideas, understand social trends and internet culture, communicate professionally with clients, and follow through from planning to publication. You’ll work directly with our founder and alongside our Creative Head, designers, video editor and performance marketing specialists.
This role offers hands‑on responsibility and guidance from the founder, with room to develop your leadership capabilities.
On‑camera participation is mandatory. You must be comfortable speaking naturally in videos and representing Kinetic Kube and assigned brands. This is a regular responsibility within the role.
Key responsibilities
Content strategy and creative ideas
- Develop monthly and weekly content plans aligned with each brand’s audience, objectives and tone of voice.
- Propose campaign concepts, content pillars, reels, carousels, stories and other relevant formats.
- Follow social trends, memes, creator content and emerging conversations, identifying what is relevant to each brand.
- Write original hooks, captions, scripts, headlines and calls to action.
- Present recommendations clearly and refine plans through feedback and performance insights.
On‑camera content and shoots
- Appear in reels, talking‑head videos, explainers, interviews, demonstrations and behind‑the‑scenes content.
- Communicate confidently in English and Urdu, adapting your delivery to the audience and brand.
- Help plan shoots through scripts, references, shot requirements and content checklists.
- Attend shoots and events, coordinate content needs and capture simple mobile content when required.
- Travel within Lahore or out of city for assigned shoots and events.
Account ownership and client communication
- Manage day‑to‑day social media activity for assigned accounts, keeping deliverables and communication organised.
- Lead routine client discussions and present content calendars, creative ideas and performance updates.
- Follow up on approvals, clarify feedback and translate client requests into actionable briefs.
- Maintain professional communication through WhatsApp, email and scheduled meetings.
- Flag scope changes, sensitive issues and decisions requiring management input promptly.
Creative coordination and ClickUp
- Prepare clear briefs and coordinate delivery with the Creative Head, designers and video editor.
- Use ClickUp to maintain tasks, owners, deadlines, briefs, feedback and approval records.
- Follow up proactively, identify blockers and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Review content for spelling, messaging, factual accuracy, brand consistency and platform suitability.
- Ensure required internal and client approvals are received before publication.
Publishing and community management
- Schedule and publish approved content accurately across relevant platforms.
- Manage comments, direct messages, mentions and reviews according to each brand’s guidelines.
- Identify sales inquiries, complaints and sensitive conversations and elevate them appropriately.
- Maintain timely community responses and client follow‑ups during the agreed working hours and Saturday coverage.
Performance and paid‑media coordination
- Track organic content performance and prepare clear reports with recommendations.
- Understand relevant metrics such as reach, engagement, video retention, clicks and inquiries.
- Work with performance marketing specialists on campaign objectives, ad creative requirements and testing.
- Review paid‑media results, including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions and ROAS where relevant, and follow up on agreed actions.
- Coordinate with specialists responsible for campaign setup, budgets and optimisation.
What we’re looking for
- Relevant experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing, supported by work samples.
- Evidence of taking responsibility for projects or accounts and following them through to completion.
- Strong written and spoken English and confident verbal communication in Urdu.
- Natural on‑camera delivery and a willingness to participate regularly in branded content.
- Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills.
- Awareness of trends, memes and audience behaviour, with sound judgment about their suitability for different brands.
- Practical understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the confidence to follow up with clients and colleagues.
- Basic paid‑media and KPI understanding, with willingness to deepen this knowledge.
- Leadership potential demonstrated through initiative, accountability, problem‑solving and constructive communication.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to improve your work without repeated reminders.
Additional advantages
- Experience working in an agency or with international clients.
- An active public social profile demonstrating your content or presentation skills.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Meta Business Suite and reporting tools.
- Basic mobile filming, Canva or CapCut skills.
- Experience coordinating creators, influencers or content shoots.
Working schedule and equipment
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, on‑site in Gulberg, Lahore.
- Saturday: 2–3 hours of remote community management and client WhatsApp follow‑ups. The assigned shift begins at either 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM, with the duration communicated in advance.
- Shoots and events: Attendance may be required within Lahore or out of city, including occasional weekends. Travel may be with the team or independently, depending on the assignment.
