Job summary

Infinity Media in Lahore is seeking a Social Media Executive to own day-to-day posting, community presence, and content scheduling for clients. You will ensure channels stay active, on-brand, and consistent.

You will collaborate with creative and performance teams to align campaigns with calendars, monitor engagement metrics, and adapt voice across platforms. The role requires 1–2+ years of hands-on experience managing social accounts and a knack for punchy captions and timely posts.

• Strong understanding of platform-specific formats (Reels, Stories, LinkedIn posts).
• Excellent writing and deadline-focused.

Responsibilities

• Content Scheduling & Posting: Plan and execute daily/weekly posting calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other client channels.
• Community Management: Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions — responding promptly and in brand voice, flagging anything sensitive to the team
• Platform Upkeep: Ensure profiles, highlights, pinned posts, and bios stay current and consistent across all channels
• Performance Tracking: Track post-level engagement (reach, likes, saves, shares) and flag what's working to the strategy team
• Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with creative and performance teams to ensure content goes out on time and aligned with campaign calendars

What You'll Do

• Content Scheduling & Posting: Plan and execute daily/weekly posting calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other client channels

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2+ years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts (agency or in‑house)
• Strong grasp of platform‑specific best practices — what works on Reels vs. Stories vs. LinkedIn posts
• Comfortable using scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar)
• Good writing skills — clear, punchy captions that match different brand voices
• Detail‑oriented and reliable with deadlines — nothing gets missed or posted late
• Able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without losing consistency

Bonus Points

• Experience with basic design tools (Canva, CapCut) for quick content edits
• Familiarity with analytics/reporting dashboards
• An eye for what makes content stop the scroll
• Prior agency experience juggling multiple clients
