Navigatorhr in Lahore is seeking a Social Media Executive to own our social channels from Johar Town. You will create engaging video and text content that reflects our office culture and connects with a broad audience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on social media experience, strong short-form video skills, and familiarity with B2B and B2C digital spaces. Evening shift availability and onsite commuting to Johar Town are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of social media management experience.
• Experience with short-form video production and editing.
• Proficiency with CapCut, VN Editor, InShot or similar tools.
• Fluent English and Urdu; strong caption writing.

Salary: 80,000 PKR / month

Shift Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM OR 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in social media marketing and content creation.

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-focused Social Media Executive to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. In this role, you will be the creative voice and face behind our online channels. You will own our social media presence, creating engaging video and text content that captures our internal office culture and connects with our broader audience.

The ideal candidate has a strong grip on short‑form video production (Reels/TikTok), a deep understanding of B2B and B2C digital spaces, and the ability to thrive in an evening shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Reels Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high‑quality, engaging short‑form video content (Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikToks).
• Platform Management: Fully manage and grow our company profiles across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Office & Culture Content: Actively capture day‑to‑day office activities, team milestones, events, and corporate culture to highlight a vibrant workplace environment online.
• Content Calendar Execution: Schedule daily posts, write compelling copy/captions, and research trending audios, hashtags, and formats.
• Community Engagement: Monitor notifications, respond to direct messages and comments professionally, and maintain active engagement with followers.
• Analytics Tracking: Monitor basic monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement rates, follower growth) and report back with insights on what content works best.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will also be highly valued).
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts and driving organic growth.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, VN Editor, InShot) or desktop tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva to create quick, clean static posts or stories.
  • Solid understanding of platform algorithms, specific to LinkedIn B2B dynamics and Instagram/FB consumer trends.
• Communication: Fluent verbal and written English and Urdu communication skills, with a knack for writing sharp, clever captions.
• Availability: Must be completely comfortable working the dedicated evening shift timings and commuting to Johar Town securely.
