Job summary

Creative Solutions & Co. in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan seeks a confident Content Creator & Video Editor who can become the face of the brand and produce engaging short-form content for social media.

You will plan, shoot, and edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms, creating talking-head, educational, promotional, trend-based, and BTS content. The role requires independence, strong editing skills, and a flair for storytelling in Urdu and English.

Qualifications

• Confident and natural on camera with strong presentation skills.
• Experience editing short-form content for social platforms (Reels/TikTok).
• Ability to plan, shoot, and edit video independently with good lighting and audio.
• Bilingual in Urdu and English for content creation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create talking-head, educational, promotional, trend-based, and BTS content.
• Turn ideas/scripts into engaging videos with captions, transitions, and effects.
• Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across content.
• Occasionally produce content for client campaigns when required.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Solutions & Co. is looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Content Creator & Video Editor who can become the face of our brand and produce engaging short-form content for social media.

• Be comfortable appearing on camera as the face of Creative Solutions & Co.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Create talking-head, educational, promotional, trend-based, and behind-the-scenes content
• Turn provided ideas/scripts into engaging videos
• Independently handle basic video shoots using a phone/camera, lighting, and microphone
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, and trending formats
• Follow current social media trends and suggest new content ideas
• Maintain consistency with the company's brand image and tone
• Occasionally create content for client campaigns when required

Requirements

• Confident and natural in front of the camera
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong video editing skills
• Understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok-style content
• Creative mindset with a good sense of hooks and storytelling
• Able to shoot content independently
• Basic understanding of lighting, framing, audio, and video composition
• Comfortable speaking in Urdu and English
• Reliable and able to meet content deadlines

Preferred Tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
