You will work across platforms and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage content calendars for multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, and graphics using AI and editing tools.
• Write captions and post copy aligned with brand voice.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for content and approvals.
• Monitor pages, respond to comments/messages, grow community engagement.
• Track performance metrics and share insights for improvement.
• Stay current with platform trends and AI content tools.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is hands‑on with content creation and AI‑powered design and video tools, and takes ownership from idea to published post.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage content calendars for multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Produce short‑form videos, reels, and graphics using AI and editing tools.
• Write clear, compelling captions and post copy aligned with each brand's voice.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather content and approvals.
• Monitor pages, respond to comments and messages, and grow community engagement.
• Track performance metrics and share regular insights and improvement ideas.
• Stay current with platform trends, formats, and emerging AI content tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BBA, Mass Communication, O levels or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in social media and content management.
• Practical experience with AI tools for video, image, and content creation.
• Working knowledge of design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A portfolio or samples of managed pages, posts, or videos.
