ZAPTA Technologies is seeking a Social Media Associate to manage content and social media for multiple projects in Lahore. The role involves hands-on content creation, AI-powered design, and ownership from idea to published posts.

You will work across platforms and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on social media experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass comms or related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on social media and content management experience.
• Proficiency with AI tools for video, image and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage content calendars for multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, and graphics using AI and editing tools.
• Write captions and post copy aligned with brand voice.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for content and approvals.
• Monitor pages, respond to comments/messages, grow community engagement.
• Track performance metrics and share insights for improvement.
• Stay current with platform trends and AI content tools.
