Job summary

ZAPTA Technologies, a design-led AI and software engineering firm, is hiring a Marketing Manager in Lahore. You will own and execute the marketing strategy, leading two associates, with a split focus of 70% on B2B demand generation and 30% on employer branding.

You’ll drive multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, and align with sales to fuel pipeline. Strong strategic and hands-on capabilities required, with English fluency for North America and UK markets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in B2B marketing for IT services, software agencies, or SaaS
• Hands-on command of full lead-generation toolkit: SEO, paid ads, email marketing, content, and LinkedIn
• Experience leading or mentoring junior marketers
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to craft messaging for North American and UK markets
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with GA4, ad dashboards, CRM reporting, and data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly marketing strategy aligned with ZAPTA's positioning as an AI-native engineering partner
• Lead and manage two associate marketers; set priorities and grow capabilities
• Define marketing budget, channel mix, and KPIs with clear leadership reporting
• Partner with sales/BDR to ensure marketing and outbound work as one pipeline engine
• Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation (SEO, paid ads, email, social content, ABM) from US/UK markets
• Build and optimize employer brand and internal comms to attract top talent
