The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and eager to experiment with new platforms and formats, using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to elevate brand narratives and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, videography, or related field.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing videos with a smartphone or professional camera.
• Familiar with 2–3 AI content-creation tools in real-world projects.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and AI-focused Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, content creation, videography, storytelling, trends, and emerging AI technologies. You will work closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to develop engaging content by combining professional filming, video editing, creative storytelling, and AI-powered production tools.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, innovative, curious, and willing to experiment with new platforms, technologies, and creative content formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other short-form content.
• Use AI-powered tools for video generation, image creation, voiceovers, captions, copywriting, editing, and content enhancement.
• Develop creative content ideas for campaigns, weekly brainstorming sessions, and brand initiatives.
• Capture and produce content for events, interviews, behind-the-scenes activities, and employer branding.
• Transform raw footage into polished videos with strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual appeal.
• Stay updated on viral trends, trending sounds, content formats, styles, and competitor activity.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and maintaining the social media content calendar.
• Track content performance, including reach, engagement, watch time, retention, and audience behavior, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Explore and test emerging AI and content-creation technologies to improve creativity, efficiency, and production quality.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, videography, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience shooting and editing videos using a smartphone and/or professional camera.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and short-form content.
• Practical experience using at least 2–3 AI content-creation tools in real-world projects.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and the ability to explain creative decisions.
• Excellent communication, creativity, organization, and time-management skills.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment with emerging technologies.
