Job summary

Addo AI, an AI and data consulting firm, is seeking a Social Media & Digital Growth Executive to own Addo AI's social presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X. You will plan, publish, and optimize content, working with performance marketing and presales teams to turn social growth into pipeline.

This is an individual contributor role for someone early in their career who wants full ownership of a channel, not a team leader role.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or company.

Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar and publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
• Adapt tone and format per platform; avoid simple cross-posting.
• Grow followers, engagement, and share of voice with monthly targets.
• Coordinate with presales and delivery teams to source case studies and highlights.
• Plan and run sponsored posts on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Align paid and organic social spend with existing PPC strategy.
• Track cost per engagement, cost per lead, and ROAS for campaigns.
• Proactive outreach and engagement on LinkedIn and X; engage influencers.
