Job summary

Consultancy Outfit is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager & AI Social Media Specialist to manage, publish, distribute, and monitor content across our social channels. This role blends platform expertise, community building, and the latest AI-powered tools to grow reach, drive engagement, and generate leads for all products.

You will own the day-to-day running of our channels—scheduling and publishing content, optimizing it per platform, growing organic reach, and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of social media management experience.
• Track record of growing social media accounts (samples or accounts required).
• Experience using AI tools in a real social media workflow.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple products and channels.
• Experience in a fast-paced marketing/agency/digital environment is an advantage.
• Formal education in marketing or communications is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the content calendar and ensure approved content is scheduled and published on time.
• Publish and format content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with the Content Writer and design/video teams for assets for publishing.
• Coordinate with the design and video teams to ensure final assets meet platform requirements.
• Optimize posts for each platform — captions, hashtags, tagging, formatting, thumbnails, posting times.
• Grow organic reach through groups, communities, engagement, and influencer interactions.
• Manage the online community by responding to comments and DMs and monitor reviews.
• Monitor performance — reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, traffic, leads.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.
• Plan, track, and run campaigns across social media.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, features, and best practices.
