CodesFix, LLC invites a Social Media Manager to own our social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. You will collaborate with designers and editors to plan, execute content while analyzing performance and refining the strategy.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of hands-on social media management experience, a strong portfolio of growth, and the ability to demonstrate campaigns that yielded growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of hands-on social media management experience.
• Able to demonstrate accounts, campaigns, or brands you have helped grow.
• Strong content idea development, hooks, captions, and post concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social media growth strategies.
• Manage CodesFix social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create monthly and weekly content strategies and content calendars.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
• Publish and schedule content consistently across platforms.
• Increase organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness through data-driven strategies.
• Build and engage online communities through comments, messages, conversations, and relevant interactions.
• Monitor platform algorithms, trends, and emerging content formats.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns.
• Monitor advertising budgets, targeting, creatives, CPC, CTR, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Track KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, views, leads, conversions, and paid campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on analytics.
• Test different content formats, hooks, creatives, posting strategies, and campaigns to continuously improve results.
• Maintain a consistent and professional CodesFix brand voice across all social platforms.
