Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Business/Commerce from a recognized university.
• Master's degree or related professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the bank's SME lending portfolio.
• Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Promote financing products including working capital, trade finance and term loans.
• Manage and enhance existing client relationships to ensure portfolio growth and retention.
• Review financial health and performance of clients to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct periodic client visits and provide portfolio updates.
• Analyze SME financial statements to assess creditworthiness and tailor financing solutions.
• Prepare credit proposals in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure facilities are approved within risk appetite and monitor for early warning signals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless client service and achieve KPIs.
