Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience working with SMB customers.
• CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and basic data handling.
• Basic understanding of Customer Onboarding processes.
• Strong communication skills to engage and support customers.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Prior startup/tech company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding process for new SMB customers, coordinating with internal teams.
• Assist customers with platform usage, issue resolution, and general queries.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure smooth account management.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Identify at-risk customers and escalate concerns to the CSM.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure smooth handoff and service delivery.
• Follow defined processes to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Contribute to improving onboarding and support workflows.
